WOW! What interesting, eclectic, exciting, far left of boring taste you guys have! From The Andrew Sisters and Marlene Dietrich to Celia Cruz and Amy Winehouse is quite the range of genres! And have either of you ever said this to the other one…”if one more person says we look like brother’s I’m gonna hurl?” I can’t help it, it’s the first thing I thought! I was really upset when Celia passed, she was something else. Very special. And I loved the connection she had with Patti, they were so obviously seperated at birth! Just a quick note to say hello and I’ll check out your Facebook vibe mas tarde! Oh, and I noticed the essay about my early days as a ho is up! Oy vey, there goes my job with the NYPD!!

There’s always room in the NYPD…LOL.

Yes we’ve been told on more than one occasion that we look like brothers. Our eclectic taste keep us going and keeps us interesting and interested.

The passing of Celia was very sad. An artist James De La Vega did a mural on a wall at 103rd and Lexington Ave. in memory of Miss Celia. Which we love to look at when we go to catch the 6 train.

And don’t forget that rare occasion of someone saying: “Is that your father” lol, can’t forget that one… Happened to us on the Satin Island Ferry… I mean Staten Island Ferry…
