Cycle M.C. New York City was formed back in 1968, during its first year of existence Cycle MC begins publication of its newsletter Wheels. In 1968 Cycle MC holds its first annual Bass River Run. Then in June 1970 Cycle M.C. nYc marches in the first Christopher Street Gay Liberation Day parade in New York City. By the year 1972 Cycle MC sponsors its first tour to New Orleans for Mardi Gras festivities. ... M.C. began in 1975 when a group of four men, Terry McNulty, David Talbot, Rich Dicurci and Wally Wallace. Rich Dicurci & Wally Wallace shared a room on Fire Island where they spent “Leather Weekend,” sponsored by Cycle M.C. . The club members and GDI’s (Goddamn Independents) at this run people came from all over the United States and Europe, everyone was very friendly and outgoing.
